We want you to love your Dreamwax candles! That's why we offer our Burn it. Love it. Or your money back Guarantee, which means if you’re not completely satisfied, simply let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked. 

There's no need to return your candle.


To be eligible for a refund:

  • A request must be made within 30 days of receiving your candle.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Our Burn it. Love it. Or your money back Guarantee covers refunds for 350g candles only. We do not provide refunds for mini candles, accessories or sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we have approved your refund. So long as it is within 30 days of receiving your order, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@dreamwax.com.au.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will work quickly to fix the issue for you. Please email info@dreamwax.com.au and include your order number to help us assist you faster.
