Are your candles vegan friendly?
Yes, our products are not tested on animals, are free from Parabens, and contain no animal by-products.
What type of wax do you use?
Our candles are made using a food-grade paraffin and natural soy wax blend, of the highest quality.
Why is there black residue around the rim of my candle jar?
Black residue (soot) may form on the glass if the wicks are too long or the candle has been burning for a long time. Ensure wicks are trimmed to 5 mm before each burn. Residue can be wiped away using a dry piece of paper towel.
Why are there air pockets in my candle?
Sometimes, the wax may contract from the sides of the glass due to temperature changes (usually in cold temps) and due to the curvature of the glass, it may look like the wax is a lot smaller than the jar. This will not affect the way the candle burns.
How long will a candle burn for?
A 350g candle will burn for up to 55 hours with proper care.

What is the cost for postage?
$9.95 or Free for orders over $130 Australia wide. Express shipping costs $14.95.
What is your order processing time?
We process and dispatch orders daily. Orders placed by 12 PM are processed and shipped the same day; orders placed after 12 PM will be processed for next-day shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we offer shipping to addresses within Australia only.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@dreamwax.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, within 30 days of receiving your order. Should your item be deemed faulty or damaged, we will provide an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, After-pay, and Shop Pay.
Do you accept AfterPay?
Yes. After-pay is available at checkout on all orders.
Can I cancel, update my order or change my shipping address?
As soon as your order is received we begin processing your order so we can get your items to you in a timely manner. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address please email info@dreamwax.com.au and we will do our best to assist where your order has not already been dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, which covers returns for 350g candles only, this means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund or store credit.

Can I purchase your candles at a physical store?
Our candles are currently available exclusively through our online store; we do not have any stockists at this time.
