Order Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped daily. Orders placed by 12 PM are processed and shipped the same day; orders placed after 12 PM will be processed for next-day shipping. All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Can I track my order?
Yes! A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Can I cancel, update my order or change my shipping address?
As soon as your order is received we begin processing your order so we can get your items to you in a timely manner. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address please email info@dreamwax.com.au and we will do our best to assist where your order has not already been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we offer shipping to addresses within Australia only.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@dreamwax.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, within 30 days of receiving your order. Should your item be deemed faulty or damaged, we will provide an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment.
