14 Day Return Policy:
We have a 14 Day Return Policy which applies to purchases of 350g candles only.
If you do not like the scent, you may request a return, provided products are in the original, unused condition with proof of purchase within 14 business days from delivery. Please note shipping costs for returns are to be covered by the customer.

In case of damaged product:
If you receive a damaged product, we will happily replace it for you. Please send an email to info@dreamwax.com.au and include a photo of the damaged item and we will promptly look into this for you.
